Returns
- Our returns policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- In order to be eligible for a return, your product(s) must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Your product must be returned to the address we gave you in its original packaging. Please do not send your purchased product back to our manufacturers.

Order Changes and
Cancellations After your purchase, we will give you 24 hours to cancel or make any changes (sale items are not subject to cancellation option). Any time beyond this, your order will have already been processed and prepared for shipping, so changes or cancellations cannot be made after 24 hours.
Damaged/Missing Items
If for any reason your order arrives damaged or missing items, we will be happy to replace it as soon as possible. To file a Damaged/Missing Item Claim, please contact our support team. When emailing us, be sure to include Damaged/Missing Item Claim in the subject line so we can take care of it ASAP!

"My tracking information says it was delivered, but I haven't received it yet." If we have confirmed with the post office and courier that the item was delivered on a specific date, time, and location. We are not responsible for items missing during delivery.
If our courier or post office cannot confirm that the item was delivered. You need to contact us and let us know, and we will make arrangements to send you another one or refund you as soon as possible.
If the package was delivered to the same address the recipient gave us and the wrong address was accidentally entered, we cannot be held responsible for this error. However, we always like to take care of our customers, so if this error occurs on your behalf, we will work with you to ensure you still receive your product at a discounted price! However, this is at the discretion of our customer support team, so please double-check the shipping address when entering your information at checkout. Returns Once we receive your product
(s) in the condition and manner set out above, we will promptly process your refund and notify you at that time. We will only initiate a refund through the same payment method you used to make your purchase. Once the credit has been processed, it will usually take 5-10 days for the payment to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If you purchased the item from a free shipping promotion, you will still need to pay the shipping cost for the item.
Sale Items
